Sound has been proven to affect the body, mind & spirit depending on the frequency of the sound. This is why sound baths can have so many amazing benefits.

Sound frequency from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments can help to jar loose old stagnant and stuck energies in the body and auric field. They can help ground you, cleanse you and even heal the body by allowing your cells to recharge!
